Our Team

Heather Tetzlaff

Executive Director
Heather has been in the field for approximately 20 years and came to CLASI in 2017. She received her Rehabilitation Diploma in 2004 and is currently working on her Bachelor of Professional Arts - Human Services. Outside of CLASI, Heather is married to a farmer and has three sons. Lots of her time is spent at the hockey rink, 4-H events and any other adventures her sons take her on. When Heather has time to herself, she enjoys spending time with her horses, dogs, practicing yoga and reading.

Serena Russell

Director of Support
Serena started at CLASI in March 2019. She has worked in this field for approximately 21 years and loves working with people! The only way to describe Serena is that she is a people person and loves helping everyone! Outside of CLASI, she lives in Saskatoon. She has three adult daughters, one adult son and three beautiful grandchildren. Besides loving people, Serena is an avid dog and cat owner. She has two German Shepherd cross dogs and one kitty!

Brynn Service

Director of Community Inclusion
Brynn has worked in the human services field for over 20 years and joined the CLASI team in January 2024. Since receiving her Bachelor of Social Work, she has spent time as a direct support worker, job coach, correction officer, case manager, behaviour consultant, trainer and crisis worker. Brynn lives in Saskatoon with her husband and two dogs. On the weekends, you can often find Brynn at one of Saskatoon's many dog parks!

Kristi Weeks

Administrative Assistant
Kristi joined the CLASI team in 2021. At CLASI, Kristi is your first point of contact and is able to direct you to who you need to talk to. When not at CLASI, Kristi and her family are very active at SIR. (Saskatchewan International Raceway). Kristi is a proud mom of two adult children, she currently lives in Saskatoon with her husband and cats!

Darla Janzen

Family & Youth Support Coordinator
Darla started at CLASI in September 2019. She completed the Rehabilitation Worker Certificate and has been in the field since 2007. Outside of CLASI, Darla has two children, a super cute dog and a cat. Darla has tons of real life experiences working with individuals with disabilities, as her son lives with a disability. She feels very fortunate to have had met many wonderful supports and advocates throughout raising her son and strive to provide the same level of supports that she received over the years.

Dakota Lawson

AISP Coordinator
Dakota has been with CLASI since 2021. He has been working in the field for over 10 years. A self proclaimed hype man, Dakota wants to make sure that everyone feels like they belong. He has 3 dogs and a wife who wants more dogs. In his free time, he enjoys board games and driving his Mustang.

John Lennon Souza

SILP Coordinator
John joined CLASI in 2021. He previously has eight years of experience with healthcare administration and has a degree in Logistics with an emphasis in Company Administration. He believes in treating everyone with kindness, respect and enjoys helping others. Originally from Brazil, John moved to Saskatoon in 2021 with his husband Fillipe. In his free time he enjoys hosting dinner parties with friends, watching movies and going on trips.

Brittani Fox

Youth Support Coordinator
Brittani has been with CLASI for almost 20 years in a variety of programs including Summer Camp, Clubs, Drama Club, and Respite. She has a Psychology degree from the U of S and Recreation Therapy Diploma from SIAST Kelsey. Her and her husband, Nolan, are busy with their 3 kids, dog and cat! She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and drinking coffee (especially from Starbucks)!

Tammy Fleury

Supported Visit Coordinator
Tammy began with CLASI in the youth support program in July 2014. She has worked with youth and vulnerable persons for approximately 15 years. Tammy is a people person and enjoys helping others whatever way she can. Outside of CLASI Tammy has 4 children and 2 dogs. Tammy is very family oriented and likes to keep busy. Tammy loves to spend time with family and friends, watch moviesĀ andĀ travel.
